Baby on the Way…  Sometimes, the art of good salesmanship gets down to making it easy for people to do the right thing.  In B&K’s case, I personally talked with the listing agent, lender, and escrow officer, explained the birth date, and with a little coaxing, got everyone on board to adjust our move in date before close of escrow.  A special thanks to the homeowner in this case, who made both a birthday, and a move in day a success.  The pictures are part of the continuing successful transformation.
