My two lovely competent daughters, their families, my wild & crazy grandsons and the weiner dogs, Food banks for the needy, Hiking & skiing, Landscaping & plants, and my real estate work.
Philosophy 101
“Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance” supposedly came from a slightly longer 7P’s in the British army, and practicing those P’s has served me and my clients very well. Not only have goals been achieved in getting top dollar for homes, but the 5 P’s create an effective game plan for staging homes, an advantage in negotiating, and less stress in transactions.
Absolutely Nothing… serves the client better that one to one, hands on, face to face service! In a time of teams, assistants, and delegating, this commitment of time and personal service to your home selling needs is rare and not common among seasoned professionals in the real estate industry.
