  1. Dave is your point of contact, He takes the phone call when you, buyers, or other agents, call with questions about your home.  Dave will personally meet with you to discuss your home sale.
  2. Dave attends the property inspections & reviews the reports with you, meets with trades people, photographers, stagers and attends the escrow closing with you.
  3. “Hands On” means Dave holds your open houses, and brokers tours; talking to and selling the features of your home to buyers and agents.  He selects the photos to be used, writes the advertising, sends market updates, and gives you feed-back from buyers who view you’re home.
