When the Pieces Fit… The seller was transferred out ot the area, their home was not on the market, they had a bureaucratic mess of red tape with the city, and they needed a timely sale.  The buyer had been looking for some time for the right property to fit her budget and proximity to child care needs.  But with very low inventory available, we had not been able to find a home for her family.  Time for me to knock on some doors.  That’s how I found two pieces of the puzzle that fit, and successful real estate transactions for two families.
