Have You Considered…   D&T were referred to me from a past client and told me about their housing needs, the area and type of home they would like to purchase.  In the home hunting process, I asked them if they had considered another area which offered the same benefits they were looking for, and, they would be able to buy more home for the same amount of money.  Shortly after that, in the newly found area we found a beautiful home, pool, and guest house comparable priced.  Bingo! Their offer was accepted.
