Interim Housing…   What M did not mention was that in order to get top dollar for their home it was best to refinish some beautiful hardwood floors and move her family out of the home, which presented some difficulties in finding a short-term rental for several weeks.  Another client of mine had purchased a livable, but original condition home, and would soon tear it down to build new. Though not palatial, it solved her families short term living arrangements and paved the way for a successful sale and purchase of a new home.
