How to Stage Your Home…   Determining what work to do in prepping a home to come on the market in critical.  Improvements must be cost effective, achieve space & light, and be finished on time.  J. & K. were real troopers; with their hard work and vacating their home to allow contractors the access needed to refinish hardwood floors, Landscape refreshing and more.  Pre MLS marketing was very effective.  An e-brochure, sent to my client list, was forwarded to a prospective buyer, who eventually became the new owner with a strong over list price offer.
