One size Does Not Fit All…   Home staging for the market can be challenging.  I use a two step approach.

1^st step is to have my designer consultant visit your home.  You and I are present and every aspect of staging is discussed.  Interior, exterior, who will be living in your home, paint, floors, landscaping, furniture etc.  I pick up the tab for this visit and the designer will give you a written report. You can then decide what recommendations you would like to use, and whether to use your own furniture to stage, or 2^nd step, rent from a staging professional, who will visit your home and give you a bid for furniture and/or appointments. We will discuss which rooms to stage and any special needs you may have.
